Gary has been Chairman for 15 years, having been a Club Manager beforehand. Responsible for the overall well being of the Club, as well as running the Soccer School and maintaining the MarlPit, Gary is very well known and respected amongst his peers and a huge asset to the Club. An avid Derby County supporter.
Claire started at Belvedere Park FC 8 years ago when her son joined as a player. Claire helped out at the Soccer School before becoming her sons team Assistant Manager at the U8 level. Claire has loved football all her life, playing for Burton Albion Ladies and remains a Burton Albion supporter. Joined the Committee in 2015.
Matt has been involved in coaching for the last 15 years and is currently the under 18’s manager. He’s been the club’s Child Welfare Officer for the last 3 years with Julie as his assistant within this role. Matt’s favourite football team is Manchester United and he also enjoys socialising with his girlfriend and close friends. Matt is not the best cook but loves a good burger and a pint.
Paul has been with BPFC since 2007 when he was asked to run the U8 team at the time, he took this team all the way through to under 17’s.
This team has now merged with the club’s other U17’s to form the club’s new year team. Paul is now one of the coaches of the youth team.
Paul is married with two lads, the youngest of which plays in the club’s youth team. Paul joined the committee in 2012 and is responsible for organising the club’s annual summer football tournament. A keen follower and supporter of Burton Albion, Paul also attempts to keep fit by cycling and attending the local gym. His cycling once took him from Derby to Paris on a charity bike ride raising more than £10K.
Paul enjoys his work in between his holidays and is affectionately known as “Judith Charmers” for his love and regularity of going on holiday!!
Neil has been with Belvedere for 18 years now and is currently managing his third different team, the Under 16 Blue team, for BPJFC. Neil is a member of the committee and also looks after the club’s home ground, The Marlpit.
In his spare time Neil is a fan of England and Manchester United and enjoys the odd beer or glass of wine.
Julie has been involved with junior football as a parent since 2007 when her son joined an under 7 team. Her son is now playing for the Belvedere U18 Team. She joined the BPFC committee in 2015 as Matt Smith’s Assistant Child Welfare Officer.
Julie is also involved with the Branston Scout Group as their Treasurer. In her spare time she likes to partake in a little retail therapy and also meet up with family and friends for lunch.
Andy has been with Belvedere 5 years, starting as assistant manager to Gary Bould and taking over as team manager 3 years ago. Andy has been a committee member for the last 2 years and currently acts as secretary looking after the Derby Leagues.
Andy is the manager of our U15’s who play in the Derby City Football League.
Andy is a life long supporter of Aston Villa!
Rich has been with the Club for 8 years now. As well as Secretary, Rich is responsible for our U14 team that play in the Midlands Junior Premier League. Away from Belvedere Rich is a big Burton Albion fan, being a season ticket holder with his 2 sons. Rich is also known to spend the odd evening having a curry.
